late summer nights

late summer nights
burning in the afternoons
freezing by midnight
fires are too cozy
squirrels more active than ever stealing food from people
and I wish I still had that humming bird feeder
more like a squirrels feeder I guess they just take everything and I still haven't seen a humming bird yet
