'July' [8]

After nearly three years since the release of [Spring Again] in May 2014, July returns with a new full-length album, [8].

[8] brings together a collection of 12 tracks, including 11 mellow hip-hop songs and one acoustic version. The album features a reimagined version of "Unable" as well as the deeply evocative "Abschied," showcasing July’s musical evolution.

The opening track, "Intro," introduces a fresh side of July, blending a trendy R&B beat with a lively rhythm that invites listeners to experience a new musical dimension from the artist. Following the intro, the title track, "January Rain," captures the essence of cold raindrops with a delicate piano melody, layered with a warm, embracing violin. This song beautifully mirrors the transition between winter and spring, making it the perfect accompaniment to the season.
