Moss Notes

This is a natural poem dedicated to the lonely wanderer and the silent grower.
Fifteen breathing music pieces with the earth as the qin box, capturing the trajectory of plant root spread, the whispers of rock weathering, and the unnamed bond between humans and the wilderness.
Stripping away the sci-fi feel of electronic sound, this album takes acoustic instruments as its soul: the ethereal thumb fiddle imitates the ripples of dew falling on a bamboo tube, the acoustic guitar's overtones outline the fluffy moss curled up in the moonlight, and the sound of the ceramic flute is like a skirt dragged by mist passing through a valley. In particular, we collected the bronze rust friction sound of the rotating Xizang Sutra Tube and the water vapor vibration of the century old tea room boiling in Kyoto, which condensed the "jian" aesthetics in the oriental philosophy into sound samples.
