introduction:

1. she’s so fine

2. i can see (feat.

Back in 2017, before there was any Peach Illusion.
Our phones were still filled with grainy, lo-fi photos and videos,
Our early-20s social media feeds held sentimental words,
All things fast and fleeting hadn’t yet taken over our world.
Alone in a room, we played guitar, sang to ourselves, listened to the same radio programmes on repeat.
On weekends, we took slow, long bus rides to beloved bookshops, record shops, small bars and livehouses, and passed the hours in quiet, half-dreaming time.
In 2026, we take the fantasies we once had
about ourselves, about another, about tomorrow
and place them back into time, wild and yet gentle,
to wait for what time will tell.

1. she's so fine
An English demo written by Liu XueJia in 2017. In 2025, QuanQuan wrote the Chinese words to follow it, turning what was once a boy's bedroom fancy into a conversation between two voices and two timelines.
2. i can see (feat. FanKa)
For a fantasy soulmate: to see you is to see myself. To dream of another is, in truth, to dream of oneself. This is the kind of illusion that often slips into Peach Illusion's work: fantasy is always the most beautiful thing, and beauty has always lived in imagination (100%, 2019). Presented in a Shibuya-kei Latin style fused with jazz hip-hop.
3. 告别 byebye waltz
A demo written by QuanQuan in 2017, returning to the early Peach Illusion atmosphere in three-beat dream-pop / shoegaze. To say goodbye to a relationship is to draw a new circle: standing at opposite ends of the line, bending and blurring where it begins and ends. Across nearly ten years, we have said goodbye, come back again, been changed and doing the changing, through questions and answers. The EP's title, time’ll tell, comes from the lyric of Byebye Waltz: "Always waiting for time to answer your doubt."
