Erella

Born in Paris, Erella is a singer-songwriter, a pianist, a composer and an orchestrator.

Graduated from Berklee College of Music in scoring for films and from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance in composition, Erella has written, composed, arranged and produced songs for her first EP.

While working as a composer for movies and visual arts, Erella has kept developing her own intimate songs and signs the upcoming release of her EP with Sony ATV Music Publishing.

Influenced by her classical music background and drawing inspiration from her French and Israeli heritage, Erella’s music is colorful, poetic and evocative. Her EP has been exclusively recorded with acoustic instruments at Berklee Valencia studios, gathering more than 15 musicians coming from all over the world.

A multi-talented artist, Erella has also directed and choreographed the music video of her first single “Ne me touche pas”, giving a universal interpretation to the themes she evokes in her song : the frustration, the desire and the anger an impossible love can cause…

Taking creation as one concept, Erella’s songs work tends to eliminate limits between different types of art and correlates poetry, music, dance and movies.

Erella’s music has been nominated and awarded at several scoring for films competitions such as The Jerry Goldsmith Award in Spain, the European Talent Competition from Soundtrack Cologne in Germany and “Musiques en Courts” in France. She has also recorded some of her work at the legendary AIR studios in London.
